Over the past few weeks now I (Josh Morrow) have been working on losing some extra weight. I joined a gym and I plan on going at least 3 days a week. I was told by a fitness professional, while exercising was important, apparently it’s not more important than eating healthy. According to the same fitness professional we only lose about 25% of our fat through exercise and the other 75% is lost or gained based on what we eat.
So what are some healthy food options?
I was advised to eat foods that are high in protein and vegetables like fish, chicken, certain beans, green veggies, etc…
While this is great advise the problem is I am a picky eater and there are foods that I don’t eat. Vegetables for instance I cannot stand them. I hate the taste and texture of the food. If I eat fish it has to be fried I do not like grilled fish. Now I can eat grilled chicken and I enjoy that, but I cannot live off of grilled chicken.
What’s your advise? Is there a diet that doesn’t require vegetables?
